We journey to the heart of the Caucasus Mountains and enjoy the magnificent scenery of Mt Kazbek and its eternal snows. Then we travel to western part of the country and visit the sites in and around Kutaisi, including Gelati Monastery. Our journey will continue to Svaneti. Svaneti province is located in the heart of the Central Caucasus surrounded by mighty 5000 metre peaks. We explore the remote villages with their unique towers and discovery ancient local cultures preserved for thousands of years. Finally we explore Tbilisi.

• Day 1: Arrive Tbilisil.
• Day 2: Excursion to Mtskheta. Continue trip along the river Aragvi Valley and Georgian Military Highway. On the road visit Ananuri architectural complex. Arrive in Kazbegi by cross the Greater Caucasus. Walk in the area and enjoy the views of Mt Kazbek.
• Day 3: Visit the town of Gori. Excursion to Uplistsikhe ancient cave town. Visit Gelati Temple near Kutaisi. Night in Kutaisi.
• Day 4: Drive to Svaneti. We reach Mestia, provincial centre of Svaneti. Mestia is surrounded by huge Caucasian mountains Ushba (4710m) and Tetnuldi (4975m).
• Day 5: Explore Mestia and take trip to village Ushguli. Visit the village, its medieval towers and enjoy the views of Mt. Shkhara (5201m). Return to Mestia.
• Day 6: Trip back to Tbilisi.
• Day 7: City tour of Tbilisi.
• Day 8: End of the trip. Transfer to airport.

Included in the Tour:
- 3 night in Tbilisi at the centrally location hotel.
- 1 night in Gudauri at a 4 * Marco Polo Hotel
- 1 night in Kutaisi or in Tskaltubo at 3*/3*+hotel
- 2 nights in Mestia at a 39 Hotel tetnuldi or similar

Transportation:
- For 2 persons we provide a comfortable jeep style vehicle. For 3 and more persons we use a comfortable minivan or Ushguli and back. All transport is with are-conditioning.
