Azerbaijan Visa Requirements

-Original, signed United States passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity/ Holders of travel documents must submit valid permanent resident card | |

-Two color passport-type photographs against white background. | |
|
|
-On-line Azerbaijan visa application form: http://evisa.mfa.gov.az Register in "Sign up" page. Fill out the "Application form". Submit the application form. Print the completed application form received on e-mail. |

|
-The invitation letter; For business and humanitarian visit- the invitation letter from receiving party along with the copy of the charter and state registration certificate of the company/organization; For personal visit- the invitation letter from Azerbaijani citizen or foreign citizen currently residing in Azerbaijan along with their Azerbaijani ID (saxsiyyat vasiqasi); For leisure – copy of hotel reservation. |

Tourist Voucher. Copy of tourist voucher issued by tourist company or hotel in Azerbaijan approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. | |

Persons with dual citizenship, one of which is US, must apply with their US passports only. Applicants with other than US passports must provide the copy of the document confirming their current resident status in USA |

Note: Per Azerbaijan government regulations all foreigners and stateless persons, intending to stay in the Republic of Azerbaijan for more than three days, need to be registered at the State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan (www.migration.gov.az) within three days upon arrival to Azerbaijan.
