Please provide Russian American Consulting with the following information to acquire an entry visa for Russia:

 
-A valid passport*
 
-A filled out Russian visa application form. Please go to https://visa.kdmid.ru/PetitionChoice.aspx to fill out the form.
Please choose “NONE” from the list of options where it asks about institution you intend to visit.

-ID and password for visa application
 
- One picture of an applicant. Russian Visa Photo Specifications.
 
-A prepaid FedEx air bill, if you want your visa mailed to you
 
-A check payable to RA Consulting Corp. for the amount specified above, depending on visa type.
 
-An additional documents for former USSR citizens
"Applicants who used to be citizens of the USSR or of the Russian Federation and then emigrated from the USSR or from Russia must submit one of the documents which confirms that they are no longer citizens of the Russian Federation (so called "Visa to Israel" or stamp in their passport saying that they left for "permanent residence abroad" before the 6th of February, 1992 or official document certifying that their Russian citizenship was renounced), otherwise the applications will not be accepted…"

*Passport should be signed and valid at least 6 months after the visa expiration date.

*For minors under 18, please send a copy of Birth Certificate, copies of both parents valid passports with status in the U.S. and a copy of Marriage Certificate.If you are applying for the child under 18, you need to prove that one of the parents does not bear Russian citizenship.
