Russian-American Consulting Travel Agency – Tajikistan

Please provide Russian American Consulting with the following information to acquire an entry visa for Tajikistan:

• A valid passport (Passport must have at least one blank visa page and must not expire within the next 6 months
• Two passport size photo (2" x 2")
• Itinerary
• Hotel conformation showing applicant’s name, date of arrival and departure from the hotel
• Two completed visa application forms: ru en
• For the children under 16 y.o. the parents should submit a notarized letter stating that the children will be accompanied by parents.
• Photocopy of the first page of the passport.
• Invitation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan or Ministry of Interior Affairs (If the purpose is private)
• Prepaid self-address prepaid envelope for return mail or $40 for FedEx
• For the business visas – the letter – petition of representations of the foreign companies, organizations and the legal persons irrespective of their form of ownership.
